Recent studies into behavioral and neurological sciences shows that decision making is "harder" or "more difficult" after a long period of constant decision making. The idea to call at the end of the day after the agent has spent hours making decisions on other accounts and having them just give in rather than make the hard decision and potentially have to argue with you has scientific backing good sir. Now... you CAN explain it... if you chose to go back and edit this video that is.

I have to thank you guys... This video alone saved me 57 dollars in overdraft fees. I'm very amazed to see that it actually works! Thanks again, <3!

You know, calling the bank and threatening to close your account is more like softball. If you want to play hardball, you go to the Better Business Bureau's website and file a complaint against the bank. You'll burn fewer bridges that way, and you'll be surprised at how quickly they will act to protect their BBB rating. I filed my complaint after 7 months of dicking around with BofA to get 1 $35 fee dropped and had the situation resolved within 72 hours. They will shoot their grandmothers in order to save their rating.

This really works. I've done this a couple times for fees that shouldn't have been levied against my account because I was either not made aware of a change or condition or the institution made a mistake. Chase Bank has worked well with me on this and have kept me as a loyal customer. DELTA, on the other hand (Don't Ever Leave The Airport) has been the WORST fee-fiend I have encountered YET! They charged me fraudulently (I've filed with government agencies) and when I made them aware of the fact (TWICE), they STILL denied a refund. Yikes!

Thanks for the thought. Gotta try it. My Visa did that for me automatically, but it was their fault. On another occasion, they erased all kinds of fees that some moron who borrowed my account number racked up. I obviously hadn't racked them up - online singles club stuff. My husband doesn't ever use my card, so I KNOW it wasn't him.
