Hey since the whole voting season is in full swing I think an episode on the Electoral college would be a great idea. Yep, its always the lesser of 2 evils and nothing ever seems to get done thanks to the 2 bickering parties in the senate and congress. In sales they say it is better to offer the potential customer 3 options as they feel then they get to choose instead of being forced to pick between 2 unapealing options. Just a thought.

It’s pretty incredible that the commander in chief of the United States of America will be chosen according to 2 minute sound bites and politically-correct and cliché “debates” where politicians argue about “issues” that are so completely detached from what really needs to get done that it’s almost a straight-up mockery of our political system.

I heard the other day a guy say he called his congressman to ask about an issue. His staff didn’t know how he felt about the topic, and the guy said “I don’t care how he feels, he works for me, and he’s supposed to represent me, so this is how I want him to vote…”
There’s an idea for you. A representative voting how those he represent want him too… what an ingenius idea.

Exactly! I want a quality 3rd party that actually forces Washington to do what is best for ALL of us, with our input. Wow, that would be Utopia, so I guess there isn’t much chance of that happening.
