I think we are too sue crazy in the country. Most folks need to just get over it! I'm not saying there aren't times when we should sue, but many lawsuits are silly and pointless.
Class action attorneys are the bottom feeders of the legal profession. I get these notices as well, however, they make it a hassle to not be included in the suit. Most of the time they want you to send a certified letter asking to not be included. Most people don't go to the trouble of sending one so are included.
Refreshing advice...Lawyers are our friends, but frivolous lawsuits hurt a lot of other people that you might not expect. Namely you/us, and people like you/us.
When the courts are flooded with 'consumer cash grab lawsuits', it forces them to continuously make precedent in favor of corporations, as opposed to the decent common man.
Greedy dishonest lawyers represent Greedy dishonest clients. I could go into my theory(s) about Fat-Cat-Corporations and Souless-Greedy-Bureaucrats conspiracy to break down the legal system, bankrupting the honest champions of justice (lawyers) in order to leave you unprotected when they decide to take away your few ... more (109 words)
OMG, this website is a way to good SOG opportunity. And if you wonder, SOG is something us dutch students use, it means Studie Ontwijkend Gedrag, or in your language, Studie Avoiding Behaviour. You're basically doing it whenever you are doing something fun, while you are supposed to be studying... pfff, I hate it when those exams are coming up.

I discovered when I roll my mouse over your new movie format it gives me a little white gloved hand with the index finger extended. I now use this tool to poke you in the nose while you talk. What fun!!!

LOL... sorry, but "yououghttoknow" because you did do a show a while back about this. :) I'm really a huge fan of the show! I'm just picky about adverbs. I'm a nerd, I know. You can disown me as a friend if it makes you feel better :(
