I went to chocolate tasting not too long ago and they told me, good quality chocolate can last 3-6 months. How on earth is that possible? My good quality chocolate lasts maybe 2 days. Before I eat it all.Drecon

There's a place up here in Idaho (of all places) that has European-quality chocolates as well. How timely. My family went to a Chocolate Exhibit yesterday. Many many centuries ago, chocolate was used for barter/trade like money. Of course, I had to buy a Triple Chocolate Brownie Slab and use real money, but it was worth it. Thanks for another delicious show.Heidi
