Ah the lip smacking goodness of Christmas.

Everyone has a favorite holiday food, it’s the one you start craving right around Thanksgiving and regret sometime around New Years.

What was it? Twenty pounds heavier last year. Ooooooo. That’s insensitive okay.

In order for your holiday treat to be a really effective waist bulgier it’s got to require a minimum amount of effort to make and produce a maximum amount of calories. Like fudge, you can make it in a microwave, that’s easy. So easy you won’t even spend any energy making it. Toss it in, press a button and it will irradiate your food.

Camera Guy’s favorite is called Lumpy Fudge, just the name alone should inspire fear into the hearts of bellies and thighs and health conscious citizens everywhere. But don’t worry, you can work it off walking around the mall doing your Christmas shopping.

It’s simple math, if you weigh 150 pounds and you walk at 2 miles an hour on level ground it’ll only take you 34.2 hours to burn off the 5,820 calories in that 9 by 13 pan of fudge.

That’s an hour of walking a day for a solid month. Lets start walk-in.

To get started on the larger, more lovable you. You get a cup of peanut butter, a package of milk chocolate, a package of butter scotch chips, a package of something else, oh yeah mini-marshmallows, I think that’s all you need.

Fat, sugar and fat, sugar and fat, and sugar. It’s perfect.

Melt the chips and peanut butter in the microwave, and then stir in the marshmallows, and then slop it in 9 by 13 and refrigerate it until it’s cool.

Then you cut it into little squares, and you eat it, and you gain in size proportionally.

A 190 calories, with a 140 from fat, wow. That’s why it’s called peanut butter. It tastes good though.

We’ll post a couple different fudge recipes on our website. An you can do the same in the comments. Part of the horror, I mean happiness of the holidays is making own goodies cause when you make’em yourself you know what’s actually going into them.

When you buy store-bought you can just ignore the label and hope for the best.

And you wonder why Santa has a obesity problem.
