I used to work in the local mall. Almost quit on the last Black Friday I worked. What happens to the Christmas spirit that day?
The town I was from had something called Deer Lonely Ladies Day and that way outdid Black Friday sales. That’s the Monday after Black Friday - first day of hunting season - all the women get to shop while all the men kill Bambi’s mom, my husband being one of them and is Bambi’s mom ever tasty! Sorry, children, but she is, esp. when cooked right.

I find really good deals this day, but I don’t wake up in time to take advantage of them.
